Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ResumeRun ("the Service"), operated by MBCSOFT LLC, 8 The Grn, Dover, DE 19901, United States ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to them.

1. The Service

ResumeRun lets you create, import, edit, export and share resumes and cover letters, track job applications and practise interview answers. Some features are free; others require a paid plan described on the pricing page.

2. Your account

• You can start without an account. Documents created in an unverified session are tied to that browser; clearing browser data can lose access to them until you verify an email address.
• You must provide accurate information and keep access to your email address, which is used for sign-in codes and account notices.
• You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at info@mbc-soft.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

3. Your content

• You keep all rights to the content you add. You grant us only the licence needed to store, process, render and deliver it to you and to people you deliberately share it with.
• We never publish your documents, use them as marketing examples or sell them. Example pages on this site are original, fictional documents.
• You must not upload content you have no right to use, malware, or material that is unlawful or infringes others' rights.

4. AI features

Writing assistance is generated by automated systems from the facts you provide. Suggestions can be wrong, incomplete or inappropriate for your situation. You must review every suggestion before using it and you are responsible for the accuracy of the documents you send to employers. We do not claim that any output guarantees interviews, offers or employment.

5. Paid plans

• Prices, billing periods and what is included are stated on the pricing page before you pay. The introductory price covers a fixed period; unless you cancel before it ends, the monthly subscription starts and renews automatically at the stated monthly price.
• You can cancel at any time from your account page; access continues until the end of the paid period and no further charge is made. Refunds are described in the Refund & cancellation policy.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card number.

6. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access other users' data, circumvent limits or paywalls, scrape the Service, send abusive volumes of requests, or use the Service to send spam or misleading applications.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change or discontinue features; if a change materially reduces what a paid plan includes, you may cancel and request a refund for the unused period.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect losses, lost opportunities or employment outcomes. Our total liability for a paid plan is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the account page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. Legally required invoice records are kept separately after deletion.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence still apply.
